This bus ride is really comfortable. There are privacy curtains, places to charge phones, room lights and TVs, and very comfortable beds and pillows. First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating.
