Here’s my honest review of my experience traveling with this company from Hanoi to Danang. The Good: • Immaculate cleanliness: The bus was impressively clean, and they are very strict about maintaining this standard – eating is not allowed on board. It’s the first time I’ve seen such a focus on cleanliness in Vietnam. Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.

We were a little worried about the trip because we read the reviews, but everything went great. The drivers changed throughout the trip and drove very carefully. The road was smooth, there was no shaking. We made enough stops to use the restroom and stopped for dinner. In general, the seats may be a little short for people taller than 180 cm, but that’s not a big deal. We enjoyed the trip.

The car is clean, there are curtains for each bed, the driver drives safely and politely, when I went there was no cramming of passengers, in general the experience was good, the one minus point was smoking in the car, but today's car was I travel a lot with young children, I hope the bus company learns from experience when reading this comment

First time riding a car but surprised by the quality. After I booked the car, someone called to confirm and told me when to be at the boarding location. When I got on the bus, the guys and bus assistants said the seat I booked was on the 2nd floor (because I booked it wrong), but my wife still let me sleep on the 1st floor. While sleeping at night, the guy woke up in a panic and I dropped the phone. phone on the floor, right in the middle of the aisle, huhu. That guy reminded me to keep my phone inside, I'm so lucky. In general, the staff's attitude and personality are very good, the car is good, there are curtains on both sides, a TV screen, wet towels, mineral water. I got in the car, took off my makeup, took care of my skin, and slept well. Especially the bed is extremely long, I'm 1m61 tall but still has a lot of room, no uncomfortable bending of the legs like other cars, overall very satisfied, really like it. The EARLIEST trip on this app is 6am. Because I have something to do in my hometown, this is the first time I booked through this app. I learned from experience that when booking through bus ticket apps, you must call the bus company in advance to confirm the pick-up address and time as on the app because some bus companies do not write the exact time, so it takes a lot of time. Luckily, I didn't get sick on the bus, the lunch was delicious, the staff was friendly, the bus was clean,... The review is good:))

The car ran extremely smoothly. The service staff was very friendly and enthusiastic in assisting passengers whenever needed. Although the bed position was a bit wrong when I booked through VXR, I still accepted the change.

Taking this bus, I found the service to be good, the driver was safe, the car was quieter than other cars, the bus driver was very thoughtful and reminded me to go to bed early 🤣 10/10, the shuttle bus was also very enthusiastic, wait and carried our luggage for us, the driver also waited for me to finish going to the bathroom before leaving, not in a hurry to scold passengers like other cars, so let's go to mn, the cabin is also very spacious, people of 8 and 9 can sleep comfortably. Bus quite nice, but didnt have pillow, didnt get assigned seats, and was more than 1 hour late, but that didbt matter because of good driving, nice staff, and quiet atmosphere to sleep! Overall happy as i was able to sleep well!
