Nice bus, upon boarding they gave us water and a drink from swallow's nests. The cabin has a blanket and a small pillow. I chose a departure from the office in the center of Nha Trang, where we were picked up by a minibus and taken to a large slipbus, which we already rode on. The departure was on time, we arrived at the place an hour earlier than the specified time

I took the Saigon-Cam Ranh bus on March 28th at 9 PM and I'm not sure if I left my AirPods behind, but I texted the bus company and the bus conductor and no one answered. Huhu, please, bus company, have mercy on me and help me find my AirPods (as pictured).

I always choose Hoa Thuan Anh buses for my trip from Cam Ranh to Ho Chi Minh City. I've used them many times since 2014. I've traveled with many other bus companies, but I find Hoa Thuan Anh buses very smooth, even on bumpy roads. They're much smoother than other buses. The buses are clean, and there's no unpleasant smell. For example, I always have to wear a mask when boarding other buses, but with Hoa Thuan Anh, I don't need to. I've never heard any of the drivers yell at or scold passengers.

Everything was okay, the bus conductor on my trip was very enthusiastic. I have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. Expand the number of pick-up and drop-off points. 2. Check that all passengers are on board before departure. 3. When passengers get off at stops, the conductor could speak loudly (during the day) and gently remind passengers at night (as passengers might be asleep and it would be better to avoid disturbing others). My experience was great! But I only traveled during the day! I hope the bus company continues to improve!
