Took the VIP bus from ho chi min to dalat. Had great service, bus was as per the pictures and super comfortable, bus set off on time from the main office in district 1. Driver was really good and made regular break stops. The journey gets quite interesting once you get up into the mountains and there are some great views. Would use again in the future. Oh you need to be there 15mins before departure! They need to update their info.

The car runs smoothly. My suggestion is that we should call the customer on the same day to inform them of the trip so they can feel secure. The customer service staff who book tickets via the bus company's phone number should talk politely to bring convenience. feel for customers
