The staff were lovely, and the bus was lovely too 😂 It was new, clean, and had Pikachu decorations all over it. Each bed even had a long Pikachu plushie to hug 🤣 The pink pig-patterned blankets would be a hit with kids. This was the first time I'd seen a bus company provide toothbrushes. Two elderly people boarded the bus and the staff even escorted them to their seats to assist them; overall, it was very thoughtful.

The shuttle bus picked you up on time, the driver was polite and attentive. The 34c car is clean and fully equipped. The driver drives carefully, the assistant arranges passengers' belongings and luggage thoughtfully and carefully. Will continue to support

Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

The place is a bit small for big people, but it can still lie down. The driver is very gentle and cute. The car runs very smoothly. Good amenities hihi
