It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. At first, when I read everyone's reviews, I was also afraid that the bus would be late because it was my first time taking a bus, but after the trip, I found the bus company to be very good. The shuttle bus took me to my destination, the bus left on time, the driver drove safely and didn't shock me too much, the staff on the bus were also attentive. Overall, even if I go to Saigon, I still support the bus company.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

The experience was so good. The switchboard and garage staff are friendly and enthusiastic. Before the bus runs, there are free snacks and drinks. Arrive at your destination and wake up gently like a lover. The car is big and comfortable, like at home and runs smoothly to get there without even realizing it. I had very good experience with this bus operator. The staff are friendly and helpful. Before getting on the bus, we were offered light meals and drinks. When the bus has arrived, the staff woke us up as they were waking up up their lovers. If you are foreigners and planning to take this bus, please don't hesitate as the seats are big and comfortable enough for you to sleep on.

We left from Dalat and went to Chau Duc. Getting to the bus as foreigners was more complicated than we wanted. But the bus assistant called us and sent the location. Then he personally walked to help us. It was an interesting first time on a sleeper bus with two young children. We were uncertain when the bus would stop for a break or food. I was surprised when we stopped at midnight in Can Tho and everyone got off and ate some food. When our stop came they woke us up and made sure we were ready. Overall it was a good experience. They have a pillow and blanket on each bed and there was enough room for 1 adult and 1 child comfortably.
