The information on app was correct, no problem with pickup. At final dropoff, there was a person taking down addresses for drop off for van shuttle. It will be difficult if you don't know vietnamese. We first tried to ride a slip bus in Vietnam. We took a bass limousine. We were picked up in the agreed upon dream in a small minibus and taken to our slipbus. Everything was very clean.
