A train promo code usually fails for one of these six reasons:

1. The order has not reached the minimum value. For example, the code BANTAUMOI_T1026 requires an order of 600.000VND or more.
2. The order does not have enough tickets. Group codes require at least 2 tickets, and TAUNHOMT1026_50 requires at least 4 tickets. Return tickets are checked separately for each direction, so each direction must meet the ticket count and order value on its own.
3. The account is no longer a new customer. New customer codes only work if the phone number and device have never been used to book any service on Vexere.
4. The code has run out for the day or has expired. The number of codes is limited and promotions may end early.
