The charging port and LCD screen are not working at my seat. The back roll of 3 seats is very comfortable and you can adjust the seat to the maximum compared to other seat. My first experience with this bus company was great, and what I liked most was the drivers' service. Before the bus left, a cute operator called to inform her that the driver would call to pick her up 30 minutes before departure time. At this point, a driver with a soft, polite voice asked: Where are you? I'll come pick you up. Even though the road was a bit crowded, the driver still tried very hard to catch the flight of another passenger in the car, but the car drove very smoothly, without any shock. Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. Additionally, the company should display the Wi-Fi password inside the bus for easy access. I will continue to support this bus company in the future!
