He stopped to concentrate on sections requiring focus, like mountain roads. The driver also proactively arranged a Grab ride for me to pick me up, and I paid the fare myself. I'm not sure if there was any assistance, but the fee was a few tens of thousands of dong, so I didn't bother asking. The car was quite clean, comfortable, and didn't have a strong odor.

There is also a shuttle, so you can ignore it if Grab is in operation, and the shuttle driver will also kindly inform you with gestures, so all you have to do is show the hotel address. I really appreciate everything. If you go to DaLat from PhuMyHung, you just book a bus here. Office worker can speak English little bit. And they called me before 1 hour ago to take the bus. I just waited in LotteMart Dist 7 Main Gate, took the shuttle(silver Mini Van) and they dropped me off hub. Just a few minutes later, I could take the bus to DaLat. The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

We had such a wonderful experience on this bus we rode today! 💯 The unit was very clean, well-maintained, and truly felt premium because of the excellent amenities and facilities provided. Everything was comfortable and organized. The staff and driver were very kind, helpful, and accommodating, making our trip smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism really stood out. I will definitely use their service again if I have the chance, but I won't buy tickets through the cheap bus app again because it hides the behavior of the Dalat bus company on my previous trip. I was picked up at my hotel 1.5 hrs earlier than planned but was asked early in the morning if I was able to make the trip earlier. It was pleasant to make it to my destination sooner than anticipated. The driver was very attentive and punctual. He didn’t speak much English but we understood each other great through google translator. The bus was quite comfortable, clean, had covered windows for easy rest, provided blankets and water. The driver had not problem in making small detours to drop off people at their destinations as we were all close to the drop off points. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I definitely recommend this company.

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. Honest review, no booking at all. At first, when I saw many 1-star reviews, I was a bit worried, not knowing whether to go or not because everyone criticized the car very badly such as: "always late, torn rubber seats, dirty and smelly blankets, rude drivers, ... ", but I still decided to try booking a ticket to experience and was completely surprised by the quality of the car. The car departed on time, before that, the operator contacted me to remind me of the trip schedule and license plate number, in addition, there was a free transfer within a 15km radius. The driver was very funny and polite, the car was new, the toilet was clean, the blanket was very fragrant. 2 people lay comfortably (I am 1m50 - 55kg and my friend is 1m73 - 70kg). The car ran smoothly. The bus conductor was also very gentle and cute, when the car arrived at the stop and I didn't know, he asked us "Are you two going home here, the car has arrived at the stop" 😭. This is my real experience of the first time riding Thanh Binh Xanh's DOUBLE BED bus, I am extremely satisfied, with 10⭐️ I will also rate again, will continue to support TBX if I have the opportunity to go somewhere. This garage impressed me the most with the driver and the bus assistant.
