Everything was better than any other similar experience before in 5 years in Vietnam. They called me, send me the correct and precise messages both on Zalo, Whatsapp and via email. Drivers were driving safely, picked us up on time, which was a pleasant surprise. Hope the return trip will be the same.

Great experience, best limousine so far. The only suggestion is to have some be quiet policy, like Vin bus for example. There was one woman who didn't stop yapping loudly either on her phone or with the driver. Driver was respectful. Other passengers, even small kids were very considerate as well. I'm going back to Hanoi in a few days, we will see if I was just lucky or the limousine and the service are always great. For now, definitely recommend

The ride was enjoyable. The driver was kind and drove safely. We left an hour later than scheduled. He first messaged to say he was going to be 30 minutes late. Then he was an additional 30 minutes late.

I was very impressed with the car driver (the limousine picked up passengers in Long Bien and then divided the passengers into different cars to take them back to the hotel). The car driver who took me back to the hotel was very good. He pointed out and guided the famous places and dishes in Hanoi. I noticed that when he dropped off passengers, he always got out of the car and opened the car door for the passengers (small). details but demonstrates very good service attitude). This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. The bus is clean, the service is good, the driver is enthusiastic, there is mineral water and wet towels, massage chairs to serve customers. The bus moves quickly, the driver is safe and does not weave. The shuttle bus is friendly and enthusiastic. The bus picks up and drops off on time. The best bus company I have ever traveled on.

I waited at the pick-up point indicated in the email, but it was a different location. The operator went out of his way to pick me up on foot. I was really touched by this action and they remained very friendly afterwards. I think this is a very reliable bus operator.

The ordering process was fast and easy. The company contacted me on whatsapp to confirm our ride and gave me clear instructions on when and where to wait for pick-up. The car picked us up on time and the driver helped us with our luggage kindly. We were given a bag with water, sesame bun and wet wipe. The driver was driving quite safely for the vietnamese standarts. We made 3 stops on the way from Ha Noi to Sa Pa which was good, he even told us for how long we're stopping. The only unpleasant thing was that the driver had a friend or family member sit behind him and they were shouting (talking loudly) the whole time, which was so uncomfortable to be listening to for 6 hours.

The driver is very enthusiastic and has a very professional attitude. The bus company should maintain this working spirit. I wish the Ha Lan bus company to develop more and more.

Honestly, the best bus ride I've had so far has been Mong Cai to Hanoi from 11PM - 6AM. Staff were polite and helpful, and unlike other rides, it was easy to sleep, because the driver wasn't constantly honking. I woke up at 4:30 AM in time for a bathroom break, and the facilities were clean. It's definitely a budget bed, but as a short queen at 159 cm, I was able to fit with my shoes and backpack. USB port works, and with the Viettel 8 gb/day plan, I had plenty to keep me entertained. Water is provided, and the only real negative was a loud auntie on her phone. (not much to do about your neighbours!)
