We had a positive experience travelling with Thanh Ly from Hanoi to Cao Bang. The bus was already waiting in My Dinh bus station, the bus station staffs pointed out to where the bus was and bus staff helped with our luggage and shoes. The size of the cabin is clearly mentioned as 170cms. Those who are taller might find it uncomfortable. AC worked well, drinking water was provided. We did not wake up for the toilet break so we cannot comment on it.
The bedding was neat, the blanket really kept us warm and the pillow was good.
The staff checked where our accommodation was and a shuttle picked us up from the stop that we chose and conveniently dropped us at our homestay.

The bus ride was very comfortable. I saw the guys riding day and night without getting enough sleep, which was bad for their health, but they were still enthusiastic and cheerful during the trip. They encountered all sorts of situations. The day we went, it rained and saw electric poles falling and blocking them. The drivers worked together to temporarily build a car to pass by but found this job so miserable 🤣 I hope the driver raises their salary to have more motivation haha
