However, this time I was served by DIEU HOA Bus from Duc Trong (Lam Dong) back to Nga Tu Ga ([District 12 - old] - Ho Chi Minh City), trip 22:30PM - 03:45AM; the most interesting thing is the professionalism of the ticket sellers, drivers, bus assistants, ... along with the application of digital technology for booking confirmation. It was a wonderful and great journey from HCM to Dalat. There was a driver and a ticket officer. The bed was clean, a pillow, a blanket and bolster for all beds. The length is just nice 1.8m and I fit in perfectly for being 1.81m. As the journey has lots of bends and curves, it felt like a massage vibration sleeping bed for me. You are able to tilt the top portion of the bed as well. The ticket officer was very kind and checked on everyone along pitstops and also waking you up 5mins prior reaching your destination point. We took the night rider and we reached our destination 2hours earlier than the estimated arrival time. Overall we were very happy and satisfied with the journey and service. The ticket officer would call you up 30mins prior to departure if you have yet to turn up. The bus departed punctually and overall very good service as he speaks English. Highly recommended! The bus is located far end of the station after you enter the main gate entrance, turn left and walk all the way to the end near the bus station exist where all buses exit from station.

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate.
