We booked tickets without paying for the Nha Trang-Da Nang journey (which is very convenient if you don't have a foreign card to pay with). We arrived at the bus station (the departure point was indicated on the ticket), and they printed our tickets for us at the ticket counter. We also decided to buy tickets for the return journey directly at the counter, as the price was the same in the app. We first took a minibus to the meeting point, and then transferred to the sleep bus itself. I recommend bringing a warm sweater or a thin jacket/vest, as it was occasionally chilly, and the blankets were old, but they were available. USB ports for charging your phone worked, and there was toilet paper and toilet paper. Everything was quite clean. We traveled back from Da Nang (Da Nang bus station, Terminal B2, Exit 8) on a different type of bus with three rows of reclining seats. It's less spacious, but still quite comfortable and much better than an 8-10 hour ride sitting down. We also stopped near Nha Trang and were then taken to the station by a small bus. They also transport packages during the trip, and there may be stops. I recommend this company and book VIP seats.

79-05527 Thank you so much to the bus driver. I'm a Korean who doesn't know anything, but I kept asking on Google Maps "Are you sure you're going here?" and asking strange questions like "Can you take me to our hotel?" But the driver took care of everything. Originally, I arrived at 2:30 a.m., and I was informed at that time, but the driver told me to sleep more, waited at the gas station, and even picked me up at the hotel by limousine bus in the morning. I looked so stupid that I think the driver helped me. If the driver wasn't there, I'm still thinking about that story because it must have been dangerous.. Thank you so much.. Toi nghĩ tài xế đã giúp tôi vì trông tôi quá ngu ngốc. Tôi vẫn đang nghĩ về nó rằng sẽ rất nguy hiểm nếu không có tài xế... Cảm ơn các bạn rất nhiều.

Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

I am very satisfied with the service policy of Phuong Anh bus company.
