The car was old but everything was still working well. Newer models would have in-car charging or massage functions, which would be more convenient for passengers. In particular, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Trung (or Chung), the driver of my 4 PM trip on April 19th, 2026, for his enthusiastic help in retrieving my phone and wallet that I had left behind at the Cao Thang office, as well as the staff from both the Saigon and Can Tho offices. Their help was genuine and heartfelt, not superficial. When I received my belongings back at 11 PM, they were in a box, carefully wrapped, shockproof, and properly labeled. I am very grateful for this.

I recently used VeXere to book a trip from Ho Chi Minh City to Can Tho, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. Booking & Flexibility: While I couldn’t find a direct way to change my original bus time in the app, the cancellation and rebooking process was seamless. I was able to quickly cancel my initial ticket and book a new one for a different time without any hassle. The Ride: MEKO Limousine I highly recommend choosing MEKO Limousine. Here is why: • Punctuality: The bus departed exactly on time. • Luxury Comfort: The interior was incredibly high-end, featuring wide, soft massage seats that made the trip very relaxing. • Amenities: Everything you need is available—strong AC, reliable Wi-Fi, and phone chargers at every seat. • Speed: The journey was smooth and surprisingly quick. Outstanding Service The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the trip. A huge plus was the complimentary shuttle service upon arrival; they transferred us to a smaller bus and dropped us off right at our hotel door. Bottom line: If you are traveling this route, use VeXere and book MEKO Limousine. The service is great and the comfort is unbeatable!

I took the bus from Long Thanh to Can Tho, departing on time, smooth journey, polite staff, steady driver really made me feel secure and satisfied. The journey was thousands of miles but my heart was not troubled. Dedicated service, serious manner, rare in this time of rushing for money. Society is in chaos. I would like to send my sincere compliments, wishing the bus company more and more prosperity, safe journeys."

I was confused with the meeting point, and came in late but Vexere staff helped get into another bus with the same route i think, it was excellent service. Thanks again. I emailed them and got prompt response during those times.

I am very satisfied with the service of My Duyen bus company. The buses are clean, punctual, have comfortable sleeper seats, and run smoothly and safely. In particular, the staff are very enthusiastic, polite, and always provide attentive support to passengers. I was very impressed with the transfer staff at My Luong. They were very friendly, picked up and dropped off at the correct locations, assisted with luggage, and were always cheerful with passengers. The staff at My Luong bus company were also very enthusiastic, attentive, provided clear instructions, and made me feel very secure during my journey. I will definitely continue to choose My Duyen bus company for my future trips. Thank you to the bus company and its staff for providing such a comfortable journey!

Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. Overall, I feel secure when using this bus company's service, and will support and recommend this bus company's service to my relatives.

The bus leaves on time, the room has a bed so it feels very private. Sleep peacefully, the car runs very smoothly. The driver drove very calmly. The minus point is that when the bus driver arrives at the stops, he often doesn't announce it so the passengers don't know where to go (because the bus runs at night so the passengers sleep soundly).

We left from Dalat and went to Chau Duc. Getting to the bus as foreigners was more complicated than we wanted. But the bus assistant called us and sent the location. Then he personally walked to help us. It was an interesting first time on a sleeper bus with two young children. We were uncertain when the bus would stop for a break or food. I was surprised when we stopped at midnight in Can Tho and everyone got off and ate some food. When our stop came they woke us up and made sure we were ready. Overall it was a good experience. They have a pillow and blanket on each bed and there was enough room for 1 adult and 1 child comfortably.

I found the ride very comfortable and the bus company was very good. I forgot my glasses on the bus when I returned. I hope the bus company will keep them for me and return them to me.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

The driver would make sure all of his customers are back into the bus before he takes off. As a foreigner not understanding much Vietnamese, it's a piece of mind that you won't be left behind when you go for your toilet/ meal break. Hảo bus' shuttle bus service is another bonus which can deliver you from the bus terminal to your accommodation for FREE! Saving you from having to wake up from the bus trip, still half dreaming and looking and bargaining for a taxi trip to your hotel.

We booked tickets without paying for the Nha Trang-Da Nang journey (which is very convenient if you don't have a foreign card to pay with). We arrived at the bus station (the departure point was indicated on the ticket), and they printed our tickets for us at the ticket counter. We also decided to buy tickets for the return journey directly at the counter, as the price was the same in the app. We first took a minibus to the meeting point, and then transferred to the sleep bus itself. I recommend bringing a warm sweater or a thin jacket/vest, as it was occasionally chilly, and the blankets were old, but they were available. USB ports for charging your phone worked, and there was toilet paper and toilet paper. Everything was quite clean. We traveled back from Da Nang (Da Nang bus station, Terminal B2, Exit 8) on a different type of bus with three rows of reclining seats. It's less spacious, but still quite comfortable and much better than an 8-10 hour ride sitting down. We also stopped near Nha Trang and were then taken to the station by a small bus. They also transport packages during the trip, and there may be stops. I recommend this company and book VIP seats.

Tu Tien provided a very good, safe and comfortable service. The information given about where the bus was and the calls from the staff on the bus before pick up proved to be invaluable. The bus was very clean, the bed comfortable with lighting options and a very well located USB connection. The staff were very polite and the bus arrived at the destination ahead of schedule. Thank you

The staff were lovely. My husband and I went with our two young children. We were a little slow in arranging our time at the restaurant, but the staff were very understanding!

79-05527 Thank you so much to the bus driver. I'm a Korean who doesn't know anything, but I kept asking on Google Maps "Are you sure you're going here?" and asking strange questions like "Can you take me to our hotel?" But the driver took care of everything. Originally, I arrived at 2:30 a.m., and I was informed at that time, but the driver told me to sleep more, waited at the gas station, and even picked me up at the hotel by limousine bus in the morning. I looked so stupid that I think the driver helped me. If the driver wasn't there, I'm still thinking about that story because it must have been dangerous.. Thank you so much.. The shuttle bus picked you up on time, the driver was polite and attentive. The 34c car is clean and fully equipped. The driver drives carefully, the assistant arranges passengers' belongings and luggage thoughtfully and carefully. Will continue to support

The car is comfortable, convenient, has a type C charging port for iPhone, the air conditioner is very cool and the car is equipped with blankets and mineral water. The driver and the bus conductor are friendly and pleasant. The bus picks up a bit later than the time on the app, so if you are afraid of missing your flight, you should book an earlier trip to avoid delays. I recommend everyone to try this car once.
