First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. It sounds a bit hesitant, but I still decided to try it again. First, the bus ticket is cheaper than other Limousine companies and also has a discount code. After booking, the staff calls to confirm immediately and the app/email is very updated. regularly, in detail. On the day of departure, NV called back to set a specific time. The car's GPS worked very well, helping me arrive close to time without having to wait long. The trip departed 30 minutes earlier than expected. The room is clean and fully furnished, cakes, mineral water, cold towels and blankets as advertised, the massage machine works well.
