The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

", but I still decided to try booking a ticket to experience and was completely surprised by the quality of the car. The car departed on time, before that, the operator contacted me to remind me of the trip schedule and license plate number, in addition, there was a free transfer within a 15km radius. The driver was very funny and polite, the car was new, the toilet was clean, the blanket was very fragrant. 2 people lay comfortably (I am 1m50 - 55kg and my friend is 1m73 - 70kg). The car ran smoothly. The bus conductor was also very gentle and cute, when the car arrived at the stop and I didn't know, he asked us "Are you two going home here, the car has arrived at the stop" 😭. The bus departs on time, the driver is polite, helps arrange luggage, the bus staff works professionally, takes good care of customers, supports luggage from the bus to the customer. The bus arrives at the bus station to pick up & drop off customers at the exact location booked. Before the driver arrives to pick up the customer, he calls to remind in advance 👍👍👍👍 The limousine is clean and polite with clean blankets, drinks, snacks, towels. Worth the money. Will use it again next time & recommend it to family members. Using this bus saves time & less tiredness. The minus point is that the engine is a little noisy, but other bus companies have louder engines. This is okay. The driver drives very carefully & safely. No weaving, No fighting for the road, No reckless overtaking, less bumpy. No nervousness & fear like when using Phuong Trang bus. We are very happy to give the car 5***** 👍👍👍👍

I was picked up at my hotel 1.5 hrs earlier than planned but was asked early in the morning if I was able to make the trip earlier. It was pleasant to make it to my destination sooner than anticipated. The driver was very attentive and punctual. He didn’t speak much English but we understood each other great through google translator. The bus was quite comfortable, clean, had covered windows for easy rest, provided blankets and water. The driver had not problem in making small detours to drop off people at their destinations as we were all close to the drop off points. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I definitely recommend this company.

The garage service is very good, new cars, clean rooms and blankets, there are transfers at both ends of Gia Lai and Saigon, convenient for passengers to travel, staff attitude is very enthusiastic and cute. It was a wonderful and great journey from HCM to Dalat. There was a driver and a ticket officer. The bed was clean, a pillow, a blanket and bolster for all beds. The length is just nice 1.8m and I fit in perfectly for being 1.81m. As the journey has lots of bends and curves, it felt like a massage vibration sleeping bed for me. You are able to tilt the top portion of the bed as well. The ticket officer was very kind and checked on everyone along pitstops and also waking you up 5mins prior reaching your destination point. We took the night rider and we reached our destination 2hours earlier than the estimated arrival time. Overall we were very happy and satisfied with the journey and service. The ticket officer would call you up 30mins prior to departure if you have yet to turn up. The bus departed punctually and overall very good service as he speaks English. Highly recommended! The bus is located far end of the station after you enter the main gate entrance, turn left and walk all the way to the end near the bus station exist where all buses exit from station.
