Very comfortable (we booked the double bed size due to my partner's very long legs), we managed to sleep most of the trip. People were all very quiet. Staff were nice. The only difficulty was the language as not many people speak enough English for detailed conversation. However, we do not speak Vietnamese either. Other Vietnamese travellers helped. You are able to tilt the top portion of the bed as well. The ticket officer was very kind and checked on everyone along pitstops and also waking you up 5mins prior reaching your destination point. We took the night rider and we reached our destination 2hours earlier than the estimated arrival time. Overall we were very happy and satisfied with the journey and service. The ticket officer would call you up 30mins prior to departure if you have yet to turn up. The bus departed punctually and overall very good service as he speaks English. Highly recommended! The bus is located far end of the station after you enter the main gate entrance, turn left and walk all the way to the end near the bus station exist where all buses exit from station.
