SG-BMT 1. Safety: I am very satisfied with the quality of Tien Oanh's passenger cars. The car is well maintained, the driver is also very experienced and drives safely. 2. Price: I feel the price of the bus service is very reasonable and consistent with the quality and amenities provided. 5. Service attitude: Staff and drivers are very enthusiastic, thoughtful and respectful of customers. I feel very comfortable and satisfied with the services they provide. At first I was a little concerned when I read the comments, but in the end I decided to order because the price was so good. I found the results of the trip to be so good, better than I expected. I took a 22-room bus, with toilet, departing at 12:00, my trip yesterday was like this: 1. Advantages: - The customer care staff is meticulous and cute, call ahead to check information 1 day in advance, advise everything. - The driver and the bus staff spoke very sweetly and pleasantly. - The toilet in the car is clean. - The room is not brand new, but it is very clean, quiet, comfortable for both people. I have motion sickness but it is very comfortable, I can read books the whole trip. - Departed on time and I arrived at Chu Van An wharf at 7:30 p.m., not too late for me. 2. Disadvantages: - Only transfer to Da Lat bus station within a radius of 5km, I live a bit far so I have to go to the station myself. - At first I thought there was a transfer to Ma Lo, but the bus company apologized and informed me that it could only stop at Chu Van An. If I can return to Ma Lo, it will be very convenient for me. Because the car is so cute, everyone on the bus is so cute to meet, so my trip yesterday was very ok. I hope the bus company can maintain its form like this, don't let it go downhill.

Our trip on the Kim Anh bus on 19th August was very comfortable. I was able to view the scenery because I had a window berth. My husband was comfortable but was in the middle row of berths so could not enjoy the scenery.

First time booking tickets on VEXERE and quite surprised when everything was arranged properly when boarding the bus. Everything was fine, right on time, right place, good driver and assistant, quite comfortable bed, filtered water available on the tray,... just a shame there was no place to charge the battery. But that's fine too!

The first time I used the garage service, I found it quite ok, the bed was spacious, the car ran faster than expected even though the car was 15 minutes late to pick me up, the bus assistant assisted at the drop-off point and gave quite detailed instructions. Overall it's ok.

The car scheduled to pick me up on time (5 hours before, 20 minutes before and when it was about to arrive) even though I didn't get on at the station. The wait staff does not make any distinction between customers booking offline and via the app. Satisfied with the trip 👍

First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. It's arranged in the correct location and returned to the right place where the customer registered. I hope the garage is always reputable and enthusiastic to have more customers

The car is fully equipped, there is a person at the switchboard to contact before departure time. The driver drove smoothly and safely

Additional comments: Passengers should be fed on time, instead of feeding passengers from 4:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at night. Everything else is good 👍

- There are new and old cars, old cars are often damaged and are a bit more cramped - the driver + bus assistant are friendly and comfortable, enthusiastically call to report bus times - run on time/earlier, so leave 30 minutes early

Very good service, the bus company picks up and drops off passengers at the correct address, first time riding without incurring additional Grab costs. Enthusiastic staff. Suggestion: The bus company needs to interact more with customers via App or Zalo or phone messages so that passengers can feel secure, especially those who book tickets via the App. Thank you very much, I'll book again next time

For me personally, everything is ok. The driver called back to report the time the car arrived at the pick-up point and after the trip, the bus company called over for customer service. If possible, there should be wifi for guests to use.
