We had booked online and were picked up at the Hanoi office. The driver called us 15 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. The departure was punctual, the journey went very well, the seats were comfortable. We had chosen the drop-off at Tam Coc when booking online, the driver left us near our accommodation.

Excellent service. They picked us up from our hotel in Halong and took us to our hotel in Tam Coc. We'd messaged them on WhatsApp in advance and called 10 minutes beforehand. There was one restroom stop and a snack. They provided a 0.5L bottle of water. The bus was large and the seats were quite comfortable. The drive took a little over four hours.

⭐ 4.5/5 Thanks to the Vexere app, I had a pretty good trip with HK Buslines. The bus was luxurious with a private cabin for each passenger, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Vexere’s hotline worked efficiently and showed responsibility toward customers. Cons: -0.5 star because the booking process on the app is too quick, making it easy to select the wrong step and impossible to go back, which could result in service cancellation. -0.5 star because drop-off is only at the company’s representative office, not at my home :) Pros: The bus departed and arrived on time. Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. After traveling across Vietnam and trying many bus services, I've become accustomed to chaos—speeding, constant honking, and stressful rides. So this trip from Ninh Binh to Ha Long was a very pleasant surprise. The driver was calm, drove safely, didn't speed, and avoided unnecessary honking. The ride felt smooth and controlled the entire way. What impressed me even more was the service: the driver picked up my family directly from our hotel and kindly offered to drop us off at our hotel in Ha Long, saving us extra time and hassle.
