Since there were many buses going on, I took a bus one hour early because the driver coordinated with me and he said that he can pick me up one hour early. It was confusing, but at the end, I reached safe. Overall, the bus was good, and the driver was helpful

Helpful staff. I had to change my departure date twice, once three hours before my scheduled departure. There was no problem with the operator. The driver came and picked me up. The trip was pleasant in a well-maintained coach. Upon arrival, the staff asked if everything was okay and if I had made it to the hotel. I'm returning.

The bus runs smoothly, good service, enthusiastic staff

Excellent! The driver was attentive and responsible, and we arrived at our destination quickly. It was a great experience. Also, because I booked the wrong time, the company agreed to change the date for me, which was fantastic!

We booked a transfer from Halong to Hanoi, and the carrier exceeded our expectations. From the start, communication was outstanding — they contacted us right away and gave us very detailed information about the pickup, timing, and what to expect. The support team really stood out. They were polite and genuinely invested in making sure we arrived on time, which mattered a lot since we were heading to the airport. The driver was also fantastic: punctual, professional, and he even sent us live tracking while he was on his way to pick us up, so we knew exactly where he was. The ride itself was very comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the massage chairs in the limousine — a detail I didn't expect and really enjoyed. Overall, everything went perfectly: punctual, well organized, and stress-free. I would happily recommend this carrier to anyone traveling between Halong and Hanoi.

We had booked online and were picked up at the Hanoi office. The driver called us 15 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. The departure was punctual, the journey went very well, the seats were comfortable. We had chosen the drop-off at Tam Coc when booking online, the driver left us near our accommodation.

Excellent service. They picked us up from our hotel in Halong and took us to our hotel in Tam Coc. We'd messaged them on WhatsApp in advance and called 10 minutes beforehand. There was one restroom stop and a snack. They provided a 0.5L bottle of water. The bus was large and the seats were quite comfortable. The drive took a little over four hours.

Amazing service. We had to change our plans last minute because the cruise ships had to cancel in Halong Bay (weather). Ninh Binh Travel call centre were great at reorganising our travel. They responded so quickly and kept me updated directly through WhatsApp. It gave us such great confidence when you could directly contact someone and they reply within minutes. Thank you.

After traveling across Vietnam and trying many bus services, I've become accustomed to chaos—speeding, constant honking, and stressful rides. So this trip from Ninh Binh to Ha Long was a very pleasant surprise. The driver was calm, drove safely, didn't speed, and avoided unnecessary honking. The ride felt smooth and controlled the entire way. What impressed me even more was the service: the driver picked up my family directly from our hotel and kindly offered to drop us off at our hotel in Ha Long, saving us extra time and hassle. A truly comfortable trip for the whole family. I'm glad I chose this service and can confidently recommend it. A major plus was the service: the driver picked my family up right from the hotel and even proactively offered to take us to the correct hotel in Ha Long, saving us time and avoiding any inconvenience. It was a very comfortable trip for the whole family. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this service again.

The arrangement to change pick-up place and car & driver’s information was appropriate and make me feel easiness.
