The service is very standard, the price is reasonable. 2 couples sleep in a double cabin, it's comfortable, the curtains are very discreet and private, the hotline is enthusiastic and the staff on the bus is very funny and cute, it's worth going back many times 👍👍

On Tet holiday, the bus did not run on time, but the bus company staff called to inform and arrange seats according to the booked tickets.

I want to leave a review about the transportation company. I was worried because of some reviews, but the trip turned out to be very comfortable. The staff were very attentive: they escorted me to my seat, helped load my luggage, and even helped pack my shoes. The only thing is that the bus arrived an hour before departure, same as I did, so I don’t know what would have happened if I had come at the time indicated on the ticket. Overall, I was very satisfied with the trip and I’m glad I chose this company.

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. We booked an overnight bus trip from Hue to Hanoi for two people. The bus arrived at the pickup point one hour late, which can be relatively normal here since buses often pick up passengers from other cities beforehand. The journey itself was very relaxed, the sleeper seats were comfortable, and even at 1.80 m tall I was able to sleep well. After we arrived, we forgot a small bag on the bus, but we got it back the same evening completely unharmed. Of course, it’s better to avoid that kind of stress, but it was nice to see that the bus company cares about its customers. We would definitely travel with them again.

The bus departed earlier than scheduled, from 5:30 PM to 5:15 AM. The bus was new and in good condition. Suitable for those who commute to work the next morning. The staff were enthusiastic; I got lost and arrived late, and the bus attendant quickly helped me with my belongings.

I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.

Excellent overnight bus trip from Hoi An to Da Lat with Viet Lao. The staff was very friendly, the bus was clean, the driver was a good driver, and there was no music or unpleasant noise. All this at a good price with smooth communication in English, so I recommend it. For first-timers: there are no toilets, but there were three stops approximately every two hours (you are notified in advance by announcement). You cannot eat on the bus, but there are restaurants and snack bars at some stops. You must remove your shoes and walk barefoot. At the stops, plastic slippers are provided as you exit the bus; you return them to a bin before reboarding. A small bottle of water, a blanket, and a pillow are provided. There is a USB port. I couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work, but that might be my fault. For those who are overweight or very tall, I recommend taking buses with fewer seats (there were about 35, and I'm not overweight, but it was a tight fit). I recommend the lower and middle seats.

Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.
