2024/6/22 ホイアン17:45→ダラット6:15 Tan Kim Chi Limousine giuong phong 24 cho (Cabin DOI)を利用しました（全24席トイレ無しタイプ） 総論:★★★★★ 非常に快適でめちゃくちゃオススメ！✨ 動くカプセルホテル！ 車内環境: ★★★★★ 2名利用可の個室タイプを1名で利用しました。 バスは新しく車内も新しくとても清潔な空間です。イメージとしてはカプセルホテルバスです。 バス内は芳香剤の甘い香りがします（苦手な方はミント系マスクなどで凌いでください） 個室を1名で利用したので幅100cmぐらいあるのでかなり余裕があります。 当方身長175cmですがほぼ足を伸ばした状態で横になれます。ヘッドレスト部は柔らかい空気入りで、個室あたり2個の枕が付いてきます。枕は厚みがあり柔らかいです。清潔で大きなブランケット（150cm×150cmぐらい）があるので寒い場合はそれを敷いたり掛けたり包まったり出来ます。 空調は冷房吹出口があり調整可能なのでほぼ個別空調です。室内は涼しく空調を調整すれば特段上着は不要です。 通路と個室を区切るカーテンが付いているのでカーテンを閉めれば完全な個室感覚です。 シートベルト完備ですので走行中も装着可能。 充電口もUSB-A/Cが足元と枕側についているのでケーブルだけあれば充電可能。 窓は開け閉め可能なシェードが付いています。 アメニティ: ★★★★★ 個室にはペットボトルホルダーがありペットボトルの水が2本と使い捨てタイプのお手拭きが設置されています。 （枕2個/大型ブランケット1枚/水2本/お手拭き2枚） 運転: ★★★★★ 運転は普通です。混雑地や蛇行道路ではブレーキや左右に大きく振られたりしますが、運転は丁寧だと思います。 運転手さんは英語が通じませんでしたが、翻訳アプリを使い丁寧に説明してくれとても親切でした。 行程: ★★★★ 17:45→18:10出発（到着が少々遅れたが問題なく出発） 21時頃から30分ご飯休憩 22時頃に20分程度停車したが子供の緊急トイレ対応？ 深夜2時頃に10分トイレ休憩 朝5時頃にダラット近郊に到着 到着20分前から大音量の車内音楽がかかる（起こすため） 6時にはダラットのバス停車地へ到着 下車後、待合いエリアで接続のホテルまでの送迎バスを30分くらい待ちます（タクシーの客引き運ちゃんがめちゃ声かけてきますが、バンタイプのシャトルバスが来るので待機してください。） 感想: 個人的には12時間乗ったような疲労感はなく、次回も長距離バスを利用したいと思える体験でした。 個室を2名利用している方もいましたが、少し窮屈そうでしたので、ゆったり乗りたい方は個室を1名利用することをオススメします。 席は上下段あり、下段から予約は埋まっている印象です。個人的には景色も見たいので上段をオススメします。足掛けもあるので女性の方でも登り降りはそこまで大変ではありません。（腕の力が衰えてる方や高齢の方は下段が良いかと思います。） リムジン長距離バスオススメです！

Both vexere and hk were very kind to my inquiries. There was a concern about the flight delay, but they reassured me that they would wait and answered my call immediately. The bus driver was also kind. One thing that is lacking is that the bus time was suddenly changed in the morning of the day, so it would have been nice to ask for consent in advance or to have conditions such as a discount.

Enthusiastic garage, good service attitude

We were a little worried about the trip because we read the reviews, but everything went great. The drivers changed throughout the trip and drove very carefully. The road was smooth, there was no shaking. We made enough stops to use the restroom and stopped for dinner. In general, the seats may be a little short for people taller than 180 cm, but that’s not a big deal. We enjoyed the trip.

The car ran extremely smoothly. The service staff was very friendly and enthusiastic in assisting passengers whenever needed. Although the bed position was a bit wrong when I booked through VXR, I still accepted the change.

I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.

Bed is comfortable. The staff is cheerful and enthusiastic, whatever the passengers want 😆. Professional drivers drive safely. The car is clean and has a very convenient charging socket in the bed. The car runs on time and is arranged in the right place as booked. Score 10 for the red dragon 👍
