My first experience with this bus company was great, and what I liked most was the drivers' service. On the trip to Vung Tau and back to Saigon, I met three drivers who were very friendly and easy to talk to – 10 stars! 🥰... I just want to offer a suggestion regarding their driving. Although I think the drivers are quite skilled and can manage speed and maneuvers well, I still felt a little uneasy while riding. However, whether it's due to the bus company's schedule or something else, I hope the drivers always drive carefully for their own safety and the safety of the passengers. I will definitely support this bus company again next time. I wish them continued success and that they maintain this level of service; they'll surely always have many customers! 💐💐💐

It's been a long time since I've experienced a trip with such good service quality. After booking the ticket, the bus company called to confirm the ticket for me 1 day later, and 1 hour before departure, the bus company called to confirm again and provided the driver's phone number and the car number. Good service, clean car and the driver drove very smoothly.

I recently traveled from HCMC to Vung Tau with Huy Hoàng, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. Key Highlights: Amazing Flexibility: I arrived at the station earlier than my scheduled time. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to take an earlier bus since there was an empty seat available. It saved me so much time! Safety First: The driver was professional and cautious. I felt very safe throughout the journey as the driving was smooth and steady. Comfortable & Clean: The limousine was spotless and the seats were incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing trip. The air conditioning was working perfectly, keeping the cabin cool and fresh. Perfect Pit Stop: We had a well-timed 15-minute toilet break at Bò Sữa Long Thành Mỹ Xuân A on QL51. It was a great spot to stretch my legs and grab a quick snack. Convenient Drop-off: The service is truly door-to-door. They dropped me off directly at The Song Apartment, which made the end of my trip so easy and hassle-free. Service Attitude: The entire team showed a great service attitude. Friendly, efficient, and professional. Highly recommended for anyone traveling between HCMC and Vung Tau! I will definitely choose Huy Hoàng again.
