The driver was there 15 minutes earlier than departure time, but I was contacted ahead of time to inform me, and made sure I in fact boarded. Half way through the trip, driver stopped by what seemed like a small family restaurant. The food was simple but succulent, everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. I felt bad when I was asked to pay for that food, as the cost was far lower than it was worth, even considering the province. The food is already prepared so, ready to eat! The review isn't about the food so anyhow, the coach arrived right on time even though we had some long (half an hour) stop to eat. Driver did speed up on the second half, but it wasn't all that scary. That limousine had perfectly function belt on all seats ! I would definitely use again, and would highly recommend picking this transit company.

I booked a ticket to NT <=> BMT Huong Khue bus company went very well. Especially the drivers are very enthusiastic. On time and in the right place. I really like the driver's service attitude. If you want to go to BMT from N. Trang, you should go to HK

This was our first time using the services of this company. The quality is good relative to the price. The seats are clean, the seats are lowered to a reclining position, a bottle of free water (charging was working on one side of the journey, but on the same bus in the opposite direction it may have been turned off.). In one direction the bus was delayed for an hour, in the opposite direction it arrived on time. Air conditioning is strong (if you are worried about your health, take warm clothes). Sometimes people take seats right in the aisles. We bought the ticket in advance through Vexere and paid at Winmart. Very comfortably. (We drove along the route Nha Trang - Ngoc Hoi and then back on the same day)

We booked tickets without paying for the Nha Trang-Da Nang journey (which is very convenient if you don't have a foreign card to pay with). We arrived at the bus station (the departure point was indicated on the ticket), and they printed our tickets for us at the ticket counter. We also decided to buy tickets for the return journey directly at the counter, as the price was the same in the app. We first took a minibus to the meeting point, and then transferred to the sleep bus itself. I recommend bringing a warm sweater or a thin jacket/vest, as it was occasionally chilly, and the blankets were old, but they were available. USB ports for charging your phone worked, and there was toilet paper and toilet paper. Everything was quite clean. We traveled back from Da Nang (Da Nang bus station, Terminal B2, Exit 8) on a different type of bus with three rows of reclining seats. It's less spacious, but still quite comfortable and much better than an 8-10 hour ride sitting down. We also stopped near Nha Trang and were then taken to the station by a small bus. They also transport packages during the trip, and there may be stops. I recommend this company and book VIP seats.

Took a 4-hour ride in a van today from Nha Trang to Buon Ma Thuot. The driver was friendly and extremely informative about the local culture and attractions along the way. Our previous experience with many bus trips in various areas throughout Vietnam have always been pretty scary as the drivers do whatever is necessary to get around slow traffic. This driver was by far the safest we've seen. We highly recommend using Thai Son's transportation services.
