79-05527 Thank you so much to the bus driver. I'm a Korean who doesn't know anything, but I kept asking on Google Maps "Are you sure you're going here?" and asking strange questions like "Can you take me to our hotel?" But the driver took care of everything. Originally, I arrived at 2:30 a.m., and I was informed at that time, but the driver told me to sleep more, waited at the gas station, and even picked me up at the hotel by limousine bus in the morning. I looked so stupid that I think the driver helped me. If the driver wasn't there, I'm still thinking about that story because it must have been dangerous.. Thank you so much.. Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. Overall, I feel secure when using this bus company's service, and will support and recommend this bus company's service to my relatives.

I've been there many times, and the service staff and drivers are polite and courteous, and the cars are clean. I'll definitely support them again next time.

For first-timers taking the ride, the tour bus comes ON the ferry together with you and your luggage to phu quoc. They’ll give you your ferry tickets on site.

I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.
