I'm very satisfied. The car is spacious, airy, the seats are big, there is mineral water and wet towels for each seat. The bus station in District 1 is very cool, from the ticket office lady, the driver to the security guard. Everyone is cute and enthusiastic. The driver drove very smoothly, I slept from the start of the trip until I arrived at my destination. When I arrived in Vung Tau, they took me to where I would stay (The Song) without any extra charge and I didn't need to change cars for any transfers. The charging port and LCD screen are not working at my seat. The back roll of 3 seats is very comfortable and you can adjust the seat to the maximum compared to other seat. The staff at the office can speak English and is very friendly. I will recommend this transport service company to everyone for safe travel. Trip from HCMC to Vung Tau.
