We slept well) at 4:30 we arrived at the station near Nha Trang. There everyone was asked to get out, given their things and put into a Sprinter, which went to the center of Nha Trang. I arrived 60 minutes early, and waited. There was no early departure. Bus ride was fine. Not sure why but they don't use the fast, new, modern expressway that serves this route, instead they drive on small slow roads. If they used the expressway and didn't stop for so long at the rest atop I think the travel time could be reduced by 40% or more.

The garage is very thoughtful. I'm in Phu Yen and take the 9pm flight, the bus company has bread and milk ready for passengers (+1 super big point). Call before pick up time (about half an hour). Staff are also very polite and attentive. A big plus is that the after-service is super good. When I arrived in the morning, in the afternoon someone from the bus company contacted me to ask about the experience and service to improve better. The place is also very clean and comfortable. However, because I get car sick, I'm quite sensitive to smells. I hope the bus company can arrange some hanging bags of ginger, lemongrass, or something to make the smell in the car more pleasant. This review has no seeding or advertising, so anyone who is considering experiencing this garage should try it, don't hesitate. A small note for tall people: if possible, you should choose the beds in front. Last day I went because I had no other choice so I slept in the last bed which is a bit short for my height. But it's still quite comfortable, I just think the front bed will be a little more comfortable.

Don’t be afraid the google address as I uploaded a picture is correct just wait your driver until the pick-up time. (Because I was afraid I got a wrong place and asked Vietnamese on the cafe to call the driver to confirm whether the location I was is correct or not. Even, twice… Hahahaaa)
