The staff were lovely, and the bus was lovely too 😂 It was new, clean, and had Pikachu decorations all over it. Each bed even had a long Pikachu plushie to hug 🤣 The pink pig-patterned blankets would be a hit with kids. This was the first time I'd seen a bus company provide toothbrushes. Two elderly people boarded the bus and the staff even escorted them to their seats to assist them; overall, it was very thoughtful.

Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

The driver from Quy Nhon to Nha Trang scheduled 17:30 is awesome! He’s so kind and professional. He wasn’t late he came at Pick-up point(is not the office, just pick-up there. Don’t be afraid the google address as I uploaded a picture is correct just wait your driver until the pick-up time. (Because I was afraid I got a wrong place and asked Vietnamese on the cafe to call the driver to confirm whether the location I was is correct or not. Even, twice… Hahahaaa)

But the driver took care of everything. Originally, I arrived at 2:30 a.m., and I was informed at that time, but the driver told me to sleep more, waited at the gas station, and even picked me up at the hotel by limousine bus in the morning. I looked so stupid that I think the driver helped me. If the driver wasn't there, I'm still thinking about that story because it must have been dangerous.. Thank you so much.. Initially, there seemed to be a discrepancy with the agreed-upon pick-up location: The (generally helpful) tracking app, which allows you to follow the bus online before boarding, only showed a different pick-up location, not the one we had been informed of. This caused some brief confusion, and we had to contact the company by phone. However, the driver did arrive on time at the originally intended pick-up location, so boarding went smoothly. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the seats we had booked (in the front) because we wanted our 3-year-old son to sit on our lap (free of charge), which wasn't allowed for safety reasons. We were then easily assigned other seats. These were very comfortable (unfortunately, there are no seatbelts, except in the very front). The journey was pleasant; music was playing at times, videos were shown on a screen, and there was a nice flashing light on the ceiling. The driver drove carefully, and we even arrived at our destination ahead of schedule. All in all, a good experience; we would book with this provider again.
