My first time in a overnight bus: seats were clean and quite comfortable, blankets were provided but a bit dirty. Seats are made for people smaller than 1,80m, i was not able to straighten mylegs compleatly. There were several stops for peeing and one stop for food, which had really good stuff for only 50k.

The service is very good, the car is fresh and the car has enough facilities, a grill, a wifi, a USB charger at the bed, it's very convenient, the car stops at the rest stop, the books and meals are hot like at home, very ok☺️

The only minus point is that the width of both sides of the bed is slightly curved, so it's a bit tight for my friend (68kg 1m7, not a big fat person), so for fatter people it will be tight.

I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.
