Quality car, originating from Ninh Binh, good service!

The bus runs on time, but it takes a long time to park and pick up passengers on a detour that is a bit far. The car often brakes suddenly and returns quickly on time. I took the bus and got on the bus, but when I got to my destination, I was transferred to another bus. But no matter how enthusiastic you are, the blankets will be clean and fragrant so everything is ok. The car doesn't have a toilet, so unfortunately, when I booked the car, it said I would return it to the main store, but when I got back, I returned it to Aeon Long Bien, but it was close to my house, so it's okay.

Amazing service. We had to change our plans last minute because the cruise ships had to cancel in Halong Bay (weather). Ninh Binh Travel call centre were great at reorganising our travel. They responded so quickly and kept me updated directly through WhatsApp. It gave us such great confidence when you could directly contact someone and they reply within minutes. Thank you.

I took a sleeping bus on my way here..Well, it was a fun experience, and I came comfortably. However, the driving time was too stuffy on the road, so I found a limousine bus. I heard that the driving time was 5 hours, but I didn't make a lot of honking sounds.. My goal is to achieve it. If it's daytime and you don't have to sleep, it's highly recommended. But the usb charging of the air conditioning/seat is random. It would be satisfactory to check that, but isn't that the same for sleeping buses:)

Got to my destination safely and on time. Convenient stops for food . Overall a very efficient service . Will be using this company again during my time in vietnam

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Next time, I hope to have the chance to meet you again.

We had booked online and were picked up at the Hanoi office. The driver called us 15 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. The departure was punctual, the journey went very well, the seats were comfortable. We had chosen the drop-off at Tam Coc when booking online, the driver left us near our accommodation.

Way from Ninh Bình to Ha Noi was much better than other one with a company, their name I don’t want to say. No bus change, no driver changes, a company member wrote me himself (instead me running in Hanoi streets and asking local people “can you call the driver …?”. Don’t forget to pay additional money for extra service like pick up and drop off when you want. Get ready to change bus to a car in the end point of the bus. Just take your bags and seat to a car. It’s simple. And I’m appreciate a speed of bus. I’m not sure I’d it legal or not, but 100km/h is much better than 80. What was amazing was how helpful the driver was. We were supposed to get of in the village and there still was quite a long way to our homestay, but he asked every guest on the bus where they were staying and then drove every person to the exact homestay/hotel. That was really helpful and deeply appreciated! We sat at the very front of the bus by the driver, so I cannot comment about the seats or amenities, but the bus was clean.
