This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. The bus company is ok and picks you up on time. However, the drivers and drivers neglected to fix the problem of restricting smoking in the car, which was ok. Because not all passengers are comfortable with the smell of smoking. I've been a passenger in many bus companies that are private, but please follow the way Phuong Trang Busline operates, from the switchboard to the rules... Even if the ticket is more expensive, it's still acceptable..

Driving this car is very reassuring because it drives quite carefully, unlike some other cars, every time I open my eyes I feel like I'm flying. The assistant in the car is nice and friendly, but the bus company should clearly tell the customer how to get to the parking area. My family has 2 small children carrying bags under their arms, but I was turned around and walking to the parking lot, my feet were bleeding 🥲 I have 10 diapers left.

I booked a cheap ticket thanks to the bus company. I took the route from Duc Long bus station to Mien Dong bus station, everything was good. The new bus was clean, the seats were very good, I didn't have body aches like some other buses, I arrived in Saigon feeling fine. There are some buses with thin blankets, the air conditioner is cold, I put them on at once, it's both smelly and itchy, I don't dare cover it up, there are water at the rest stops to go to the toilet, huhu, many places I've been on other buses don't have water or even paper 😭 but in return, the bed is a bit small, the meal ticket is also more expensive than other buses, the service at the ticket office is a bit harsh, it seems like this bus has also been criticized for its service or something. In summary, cheap price, toilet (with water), warm and fragrant blanket, smooth car, no shaking or motion sickness but small bed, food ticket is a bit more expensive than other cars, ticket service is not good but I am an expert in booking tickets online so in general, great, will be a regular customer in the future 😍😍
