I just waited in LotteMart Dist 7 Main Gate, took the shuttle(silver Mini Van) and they dropped me off hub. Just a few minutes later, I could take the bus to DaLat. The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. Great experience. The bus station is near home, convenient to go & return. The bus departs on time, the driver is polite, helps arrange luggage, the bus staff works professionally, takes good care of customers, supports luggage from the bus to the customer. The bus arrives at the bus station to pick up & drop off customers at the exact location booked. Before the driver arrives to pick up the customer, he calls to remind in advance 👍👍👍👍 The limousine is clean and polite with clean blankets, drinks, snacks, towels. Worth the money. Will use it again next time & recommend it to family members. Using this bus saves time & less tiredness. The minus point is that the engine is a little noisy, but other bus companies have louder engines. This is okay. The driver drives very carefully & safely. No weaving, No fighting for the road, No reckless overtaking, less bumpy. No nervousness & fear like when using Phuong Trang bus. We are very happy to give the car 5***** 👍👍👍👍

I was picked up at my hotel 1.5 hrs earlier than planned but was asked early in the morning if I was able to make the trip earlier. It was pleasant to make it to my destination sooner than anticipated. The driver was very attentive and punctual. He didn’t speak much English but we understood each other great through google translator. The bus was quite comfortable, clean, had covered windows for easy rest, provided blankets and water. The driver had not problem in making small detours to drop off people at their destinations as we were all close to the drop off points. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I definitely recommend this company.

I used to take Phong Phu bus 4 years ago, at that time there was only a single bed, the experience was very good but it was inconvenient that I had to go to Ho Chi Minh City to get a trip. This year, when traveling, there is a pick-up route in Binh Duong, which is always very convenient. Currently there are only double beds, reading reviews, I see that people rate the bed poorly, the driver's attitude and having to wait for slow transfers or refusing to transfer to the hotel requested by the customer. It was a wonderful and great journey from HCM to Dalat. There was a driver and a ticket officer. The bed was clean, a pillow, a blanket and bolster for all beds. The length is just nice 1.8m and I fit in perfectly for being 1.81m. As the journey has lots of bends and curves, it felt like a massage vibration sleeping bed for me. You are able to tilt the top portion of the bed as well. The ticket officer was very kind and checked on everyone along pitstops and also waking you up 5mins prior reaching your destination point. We took the night rider and we reached our destination 2hours earlier than the estimated arrival time. Overall we were very happy and satisfied with the journey and service. The ticket officer would call you up 30mins prior to departure if you have yet to turn up. The bus departed punctually and overall very good service as he speaks English. Highly recommended! The bus is located far end of the station after you enter the main gate entrance, turn left and walk all the way to the end near the bus station exist where all buses exit from station.

The garage service is very good, new cars, clean rooms and blankets, there are transfers at both ends of Gia Lai and Saigon, convenient for passengers to travel, staff attitude is very enthusiastic and cute. At first, I was a bit hesitant to book a test drive because the reviews on Google for service were not good, but after experiencing it, I give the bus company 10 points!
