Helpful staff. I had to change my departure date twice, once three hours before my scheduled departure. There was no problem with the operator. The driver came and picked me up. The trip was pleasant in a well-maintained coach. Upon arrival, the staff asked if everything was okay and if I had made it to the hotel. I'm returning.

We had booked online and were picked up at the Hanoi office. The driver called us 15 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. The departure was punctual, the journey went very well, the seats were comfortable. We had chosen the drop-off at Tam Coc when booking online, the driver left us near our accommodation.

Picked me on the dot at my hotel in Hanoi. Helped to load my suitcase into the trunk area. Extremely comfortable seating chair with the massager being the star. Was very relaxing to have it. Stopped for a couple of loo and snack breaks. Very good coordination from Ms Trang at Cuong Phat Limousine. Sent me the details via WhatsApp yesterday itself with the Driver and Vehicle details. Excellent service. They picked us up from our hotel in Halong and took us to our hotel in Tam Coc. We'd messaged them on WhatsApp in advance and called 10 minutes beforehand. There was one restroom stop and a snack. They provided a 0.5L bottle of water. The bus was large and the seats were quite comfortable. The drive took a little over four hours.

Cons: -0.5 star because the booking process on the app is too quick, making it easy to select the wrong step and impossible to go back, which could result in service cancellation. -0.5 star because drop-off is only at the company’s representative office, not at my home :) Pros: The bus departed and arrived on time. Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. After traveling across Vietnam and trying many bus services, I've become accustomed to chaos—speeding, constant honking, and stressful rides. So this trip from Ninh Binh to Ha Long was a very pleasant surprise. The driver was calm, drove safely, didn't speed, and avoided unnecessary honking.
