The bus is a standard model, so it isn't the newest, but all the services are excellent. Two drivers take turns driving, ensuring safety. The manager is friendly, and the three staff members take good care of foreign passengers. It has air conditioning and USB charging, and the bus stops frequently at rest areas. The restroom fee is 3,000 VND. There is a variety of snacks available. You just need to wait inside the bus terminal for departure, but due to delays, the journey takes about 9 hours. I am satisfied with the 480,000 VND bus.

We traveled from Ha Long to Hanoi by a comfortable bus, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. The bus was very comfortable: soft seats, a clean interior, and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the journey. A big plus was that each passenger had access to a personal phone charger, which made the trip even more convenient. We also want to highlight the excellent service: we were picked up directly from our hotel and dropped off exactly at the address we requested. This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Next time, I hope to have the chance to meet you again.

I was very impressed with the car driver (the limousine picked up passengers in Long Bien and then divided the passengers into different cars to take them back to the hotel). The car driver who took me back to the hotel was very good. He pointed out and guided the famous places and dishes in Hanoi. Đặc biệt tài xế lái xe tốt, không gây dao động lớn cho khác hàng khi chuyển làn, hay ôm cua (như lần tôi đi tháng 6 gồm 2 mẹ con từ điểm Nhà hàng Hải sản QN gần TĐ BS). Bác tài lần này cũng khá trẻ nhưng tận tình hỗ trợ tôi điểm xuống trước vị trí tôi đặt đến, để tôi có thể dễ dàng đặt xe đi tiếp tránh, tránh tắc đường, nhanh về nhà cách điểm xuống 20km. Tôi cũng thích xe Limoxin vì xe cao thoáng, đi xa rất dễ chịu (Tôi có thêm 1 ý kiến nhỏ với nhà xe. Nếu nhà xe Hà lan hợp đồng với tacxi đón/trả khách dứt khoát không nên hợp đồng với lái xe nghiện thuốc lá nhé. Tháng 6 tôi đi từ điểm Văn phòng Tng về Vincom, tacxxi trả khách là người hút thuốc trên xe có mùi nồng nặc khiến tôi và con tôi ở chặng cuối cùng cảm thấy rất khổ sở). If I could give this transfer service 10 stars, I would. My husband and I recently used their service for a transfer from Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi) to Halong Bay, and I am writing this review not just because the service was good, but because they were absolute heroes. Our flight was severely delayed, and despite our best efforts to communicate, we arrived at the airport over two hours late. We were stressed, exhausted, and fully expected to have missed our pre-booked transfer, potentially jeopardizing our entire Halong Bay cruise the next day. To our utter amazement, our driver was still there, patiently waiting for us. He calmly helped us with our luggage and got us into a very comfortable, clean, and air-conditioned vehicle. The journey itself was smooth and safe. But what truly sets this company apart is their incredible customer service and understanding. They went the extra mile (quite literally!) to ensure our vacation wasn't ruined. Highly, highly recommended!

I couldn't enter my foreign number when I tried to book, so I entered a random VN #. The day of travel, they reached out to me by email, so we could communicate by WhatsApp, which I appreciated so much. The instructions to wait for the driver was also good. The bus was clean, I was given a bottle water and a wet towel. Wi-Fi was fast enough. USB charging port was good. The bus made restroom stops every 2 hours or so (2 stops between the airport and Lao cai). I didn't find the toilet onboard, so I panicked a bit, but I appreciated the frequent restroom breaks at the end. I'd appreciated if this was communicated to us in advance. The door to door transfer in Lao cai was great. I'm looking forward to my next trip with s trip.
