At first, I booked a sleeper bus from Hoang Long, but it was a new bus from A.BA. When I got on the sleeper bus, the staff collected the money and the bus driver enthusiastically advised me, so I paid an additional 350k to stay in a spacious room. Next time I change buses, the driver will pay in advance. Although it was a bit annoying, everyone on the bus was happy. I will see the new driver soon.

Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. The car was running smoothly and the garage was very enthusiastic. They arrived 15 minutes late and told me the bus was still waiting. Hi, when I ordered the car, I had 1 more day to get in. Someone in the car would call and call so many times, I was afraid of being scammed, oh my God ((( Because the car was hong kong). It's parked at the station, so when we get to the station, someone will come pick us up and take us to the bus. This part I thought I'd been scammed. Episode 2 was so confused. Overall, good. They called back and told us in English where they would pick us up. The bus was clean and well-maintained, the driver took us 2 hours early, even though we stopped for something to eat. The trip was comfortable.

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.
