Very comfortable (we booked the double bed size due to my partner's very long legs), we managed to sleep most of the trip. People were all very quiet. Staff were nice. The only difficulty was the language as not many people speak enough English for detailed conversation. However, we do not speak Vietnamese either. Other Vietnamese travellers helped.
