Very prompt update via WhatsApp and even late in the evening, they are responsive via WhatsApp. This is my first time using the app and this operator, and I’m pleased with the prompt service. Drove safely and helped me to arrive at my hotel in Hue, even though I didn’t indicate at the point of booking and the driver asked me where I was headed. I’m very appreciative that they could pick me up at my preferred location unlike other operators. I’ve decided to use them again for my return trip back to Da Nang.

The departure wasn't punctual because passengers were picked up at each stop when the meeting point was supposed to be at a single point. I appreciate the kindness, but I would have preferred it to have been as agreed upon at the beginning. Otherwise, everything was fine. The car was comfortable, and the driver drove very well. The informations about pick up locations etc are a little approximative, I asked Vexere where we could get to the big bus directly and at the end the location was still a mini van pick up that brought us to the bus but that is not a big deal. We left on time from Hanoi but made a very long break at the airport to wait some passengers I guess and arrived only 30 minutes late in Sa Pa so very good. There is no WC in the bus so think about it but you’ll do two 30min breaks in freeway area (3k dong to use the bathroom and they are very clean) and will also be able to buy a lot of different snacks and food. Very confortable seats ! Keep in mind that sometimes the quality of the roads is not that good so it can be very shaky. We booked the top 2 seats at the very back of the bus and you can feel the bus vibrating a lot, the lower seats just before these seats were much more confortable and we were able to use them as they were empty. Overall a very good journey :)

The bus company is dedicated, they called me before picking me up so I could prepare, the driver is friendly and drives well. Sometimes there are many shortcomings but in general the bus company is ok, so everyone should book it.

The bus driver is enthusiastic and picks up on time!

I have taken the Hue - Da Nang route many times but have never been satisfied with this trip to the point of saving the number to book it later for sure. The pick-up time was very punctual, other bus companies are often late, so I was very surprised by the punctuality of the bus. The bus was clean, ran smoothly, smelled of essential oils, and was not smelly or dirty. The bus was new. The driver I took today was a sick friend born in the 1990s, drove very well and was extremely safe. This was the first time I took this route and saw the driver obey the speed limit signs, did not use the phone while driving and was very focused, changed lanes slowly and observed carefully. Picked me up from Da Nang at 2:30 and dropped me off at home at 5:00, the best experience among the bus companies I have ever taken.

We took a day time sleeper bus with HM Happycar from Hoi An to Phong Nha. I received a WhatsApp message from the organizer to ensure we found the bus ok before departing. The bus was extremely clean and in great condition. The little bed capsules were private and lay totally flat, or you could put them into a partially reclined position. I am 5'4" and could lay completely stretched out, my friend is 5'9" and could do the same with flexed feet. There was a USB port, lights and air vents. The driving felt very safe and there were two drivers who traded off which helped us feel safe as well. We stopped 3 times for toilet breaks. After getting dropped off and going about our day, we realized we forgot air buds on the bus. I messaged them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately that they would ask their cleaning staff. They found them and organised a nearby hostel for them to be dropped off at for us to pick up at our convenience. Very impressed overall, would book with them again.

⭐ 4.5/5 Thanks to the Vexere app, I had a pretty good trip with HK Buslines. The bus was luxurious with a private cabin for each passenger, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Vexere’s hotline worked efficiently and showed responsibility toward customers. Cons: -0.5 star because the booking process on the app is too quick, making it easy to select the wrong step and impossible to go back, which could result in service cancellation. -0.5 star because drop-off is only at the company’s representative office, not at my home :) Pros: The bus departed and arrived on time. Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. A wonderful experience traveling to and from Hue! Excellent service, picked up from my home and dropped me off at my destination, and back again. Thanks to the drivers for their hard work and assistance during the trip. They drove carefully, and the cars were comfortable and clean. They provided drinking water, and there was a phone charger in the car. Bring a power cord and Wi-Fi! 👍

driver cant speak english but he waited at vincom platz 30mins ahead departure. although no phone number is provided，its still easy to find him，just at the right place. most important：he is very on time. 2hour15mins to our hotel in da nang. i want to tip him but my wallet is in my luggage，so I would say happy new year here，hope he can see it. He is a very good driver！

I booked a seat for the trip from Hue to Hoi An. The trip was wonderful, the driver was very friendly and attentive, always ready to help throughout the journey and showing me a few destinations along the way. I will recommend this service to my friends!!
