Going on holiday, the bus was 1 hour late for departure due to not being able to turn around in time. The bus company has notice and door-to-door delivery, so you can understand. The car is old (still fine) but has blankets (other car companies don't have them). Transfer ok, staff attitude is good (unlike HC bus station). Note that the seat position can change but it is usually a better position so I think it's ok.

I was quite nervous when I read many comments saying the bus was late, but the bus arrived 10 minutes earlier, so it probably depends on the bus and fate. Regarding payment, I think I should choose online payment to get a discount, because I choose to pay when getting on the bus but in the end I still have to transfer money in advance to deposit a seat. For me personally, everything is ok. The driver called back to report the time the car arrived at the pick-up point and after the trip, the bus company called over for customer service. If possible, there should be wifi for guests to use.

I booked a car from Dalat to Saigon! The driver is young, very cheerful and enthusiastic. He drives very carefully. The bus leaves on time, the room has a bed so it feels very private. Sleep peacefully, the car runs very smoothly. The driver drove very calmly.
