Excellent service … the only thing that they need to write is: if someone is picked up from the International airport in HCM, they have to write "column 12 is the wait queue"

Trip from HCMC to Vung Tau. Driver called before the pick-up timing. To check whether available to move off early. They will check the passengers who are children or maternity and assign the seat accordingly for safety. There is space to put your luggage. The charging port and LCD screen are not working at my seat. The back roll of 3 seats is very comfortable and you can adjust the seat to the maximum compared to other seat. It comes with massage seat. One stop point for Toilet break available. You can choose the option where to drop off compare to other services. The driver is very good drop off at our apartment. The staff at the office can speak English and is very friendly. I will recommend this transport service company to everyone for safe travel. Trip from HCMC to Vung Tau. Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. Additionally, the company should display the Wi-Fi password inside the bus for easy access. I will continue to support this bus company in the future!

My first experience with this bus company was great, and what I liked most was the drivers' service. On the trip to Vung Tau and back to Saigon, I met three drivers who were very friendly and easy to talk to – 10 stars! 🥰... I just want to offer a suggestion regarding their driving. Although I think the drivers are quite skilled and can manage speed and maneuvers well, I still felt a little uneasy while riding. However, whether it's due to the bus company's schedule or something else, I hope the drivers always drive carefully for their own safety and the safety of the passengers. I will definitely support this bus company again next time. I wish them continued success and that they maintain this level of service; they'll surely always have many customers! 💐💐💐

Greetings. This serves to give my feedback regarding using this website when booking transport from Ho Chi Minh City to Vung Tau on 10 September 2026. Arrived at the District 1 office of Anh Quoc Limousine Taxi and was met by a young man very eager to assist. One inside the office, the young receptionist recognised me and confirmed my booking. She had me sit down inside the waiting area before the vehicle arrived. Once the vehicle arrived, we were all allowed to take our relative seats. The driver went about driving to the best of his ability, getting all of us to Vung Tau in a very safe manner. I was dropped off at my hotel as indicated when making my booking. Thank you for an excellent service and getting all of us to Vung Tau safely...

Great ride. The drive was smooth, the car was clean and the bus wasn't full. A poor baby started puking, but that happened, and the driver had bags and everything ready. There's also a setive stop on the way to vubg tau

The driver was cheerful, enthusiastic, and provided excellent customer support. The ride was safe and smooth; I didn't get motion sickness and didn't notice any unpleasant odors in the car. A perfect 10 is possible, but 😀😀😀. I will definitely book again if I have the chance. Very satisfied with the service 😉
