The bus was clean, although the sleeping berths were a bit small. The bus company was professional, and the price was 260k VND from Saigon to Da Lat. The travel time was exactly as scheduled. The driver was professional. The experience of booking through the Vexere app was also very good; when purchasing an additional ticket, a staff member on Zalo provided support within 10 minutes. It's definitely worth choosing Phuong Trang's service and booking through the Vexere app.

The driver would make sure all of his customers are back into the bus before he takes off. As a foreigner not understanding much Vietnamese, it's a piece of mind that you won't be left behind when you go for your toilet/ meal break. Every major holiday, we have to buy tickets directly at the ticket office, which is inconvenient for those who work or live far away. I take the 8:30 p.m. flight. It was my first time using this company so I expected to be at Q6 station at 7:20 p.m. Who would have thought that at 7:35 p.m. there would already be a bus to transfer to Mien Tay station. Get on the big bus and depart on time, with each stop lasting 30-45 minutes. When you arrive at Gia Rai station, there is a shuttle bus waiting to take you there. This trip does not pick up passengers along the way so the car is comfortable.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.
