Great experience, best limousine so far. The only suggestion is to have some be quiet policy, like Vin bus for example. There was one woman who didn't stop yapping loudly either on her phone or with the driver. Driver was respectful. Other passengers, even small kids were very considerate as well. I'm going back to Hanoi in a few days, we will see if I was just lucky or the limousine and the service are always great. For now, definitely recommend

We traveled from Ha Long to Hanoi by a comfortable bus, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. The bus was very comfortable: soft seats, a clean interior, and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the journey. A big plus was that each passenger had access to a personal phone charger, which made the trip even more convenient. We also want to highlight the excellent service: we were picked up directly from our hotel and dropped off exactly at the address we requested. Helpful staff. I had to change my departure date twice, once three hours before my scheduled departure. There was no problem with the operator. The driver came and picked me up. The trip was pleasant in a well-maintained coach. Upon arrival, the staff asked if everything was okay and if I had made it to the hotel. I'm returning.

Picked me on the dot at my hotel in Hanoi. Helped to load my suitcase into the trunk area. Extremely comfortable seating chair with the massager being the star. Was very relaxing to have it. Stopped for a couple of loo and snack breaks. Very good coordination from Ms Trang at Cuong Phat Limousine. Sent me the details via WhatsApp yesterday itself with the Driver and Vehicle details. We had booked online and were picked up at the Hanoi office. The driver called us 15 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. The departure was punctual, the journey went very well, the seats were comfortable. We had chosen the drop-off at Tam Coc when booking online, the driver left us near our accommodation.
