Great experience, best limousine so far. The only suggestion is to have some be quiet policy, like Vin bus for example. There was one woman who didn't stop yapping loudly either on her phone or with the driver. Driver was respectful. Other passengers, even small kids were very considerate as well. I'm going back to Hanoi in a few days, we will see if I was just lucky or the limousine and the service are always great. For now, definitely recommend

Hanoi to Ha Long trip. A driver contacted me through WhatsApp to coordinate my pick-up from my stay, then when we got to the office, I was transferred to the limo van and off we went, with a short 15-min roadside stop for restrooms and purchasing snacks. We left a little late but the whole trip still only took about 2 hours so I was happy with the efficiency.

We used this limousine shuttle from Hanoi to Sapa and had a great experience. Pickup from our hotel was punctual, and the vehicle had very comfortable seats that made the journey enjoyable. Even on the mountain roads, we always felt safe thanks to the skilled and careful driver. The ride was smooth, we arrived on time, and we were satisfied enough to book our return trip with the same company. Highly recommended!

The bus runs smoothly, good service, enthusiastic staff

Helpful staff. I had to change my departure date twice, once three hours before my scheduled departure. There was no problem with the operator. The driver came and picked me up. The trip was pleasant in a well-maintained coach. Upon arrival, the staff asked if everything was okay and if I had made it to the hotel. I'm returning.

We had booked online and were picked up at the Hanoi office. The driver called us 15 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. The departure was punctual, the journey went very well, the seats were comfortable. We had chosen the drop-off at Tam Coc when booking online, the driver left us near our accommodation.
