The minus point is that when the bus driver arrives at the stops, he often doesn't announce it so the passengers don't know where to go (because the bus runs at night so the passengers sleep soundly).

It's been more than 7 years since I last took Futa. The new Kim Long 34-seat fleet is better, not as stuffy as the Futa 34-seat bus in 2018. The bus runs smoothly, I slept all the way to my destination. No need to print a ticket. Just give the QR code to the attendant to scan and get on the bus. The bus runs on time. The transfer in HCM is quite convenient (luckily there is a transfer point right in front of my house in HCM). There is a slight minus point that the slippers for passengers to change into when getting off the bus are quite dirty, the bus company should clean it to look better.
