The female staff at An Duong Vuong office is very polite and cute. The driver is normal. I think it's okay compared to what I read through reviews on gg map and on the app (maybe it's just luck). I don't know if the car was driving recklessly or shaking or not, maybe I fell asleep because I was carsick.

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. My 1-star review was rejected with the reason "the bus company has already handled the issue with the customer," even though I am the customer and my experience says it has been handled. Who handled it?? I don't know, so I still bought tickets this time. After this, my entire company will permanently delete the cheap bus app because of this terrible handling.
