The female staff at An Duong Vuong office is very polite and cute. The driver is normal. I think it's okay compared to what I read through reviews on gg map and on the app (maybe it's just luck). I don't know if the car was driving recklessly or shaking or not, maybe I fell asleep because I was carsick.

After booking the ticket, the bus company called to confirm the ticket for me 1 day later, and 1 hour before departure, the bus company called to confirm again and provided the driver's phone number and the car number. Good service, clean car and the driver drove very smoothly.

Quite ok, got on the bus on time, left on time, gave each person a cold towel and a bottle of mineral water.

The driver who picked us up at the airport was very attentive! My flight was delayed and I arrived late, but the bus operator put me on a later trip, not a cancellation! The car was top-notch!
