The female staff at An Duong Vuong office is very polite and cute. The driver is normal. I think it's okay compared to what I read through reviews on gg map and on the app (maybe it's just luck). I don't know if the car was driving recklessly or shaking or not, maybe I fell asleep because I was carsick.

The bus departed earlier than scheduled, so I didn't have time to board. A staff member then helped me resolve the issue.

The bus ran relatively on time, with a shuttle service at the Phuong Trang company office as per the booked ticket, transferring passengers to the specific address in Da Lat. The bus was clean, although the sleeping berths were a bit small. The bus company was professional, and the price was 260k VND from Saigon to Da Lat. The travel time was exactly as scheduled. The driver was professional. The experience of booking through the Vexere app was also very good; when purchasing an additional ticket, a staff member on Zalo provided support within 10 minutes. It's definitely worth choosing Phuong Trang's service and booking through the Vexere app.

There is quite good private transportation support. The VIP seats were comfortable but the bus was running a bit late, but luckily my flight was delayed so I didn't have to wait long for the bus. Next time I will definitely go again.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.
