This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. I will continue to support the garage. Hope next time will be better. Sincere thanks to the garage.

Great experience with Thiên Kim Limousine bus. Parents were picked up right from the airport, and the driver was very punctual. They were brought directly to the hotel, arriving even earlier than scheduled. The bus was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with relaxing music during the trip. The support team in the Zalo answered all questions in detail and even sent photos of the pick-up spot and the bus when needed. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

The car is clean and runs on time. The day I went there were only 3 guests so it was very comfortable. The car runs super fast. From Mui Ne to SG, it takes exactly 3 hours (including 20 minutes at the stop), so awesome 🤣. At first, when I booked the ticket, I was a bit confused because I saw little feedback and didn't get a call from the bus company to confirm. Here, you only need to call 30 minutes before the bus departs. The rest of the information can be viewed on the app and email. Suggestion to the bus company is to call to confirm with the customer after the customer books a ticket and pays successfully.
