Before the driver arrives to pick up the customer, he calls to remind in advance 👍👍👍👍 The limousine is clean and polite with clean blankets, drinks, snacks, towels. Worth the money. Will use it again next time & recommend it to family members. Using this bus saves time & less tiredness. The minus point is that the engine is a little noisy, but other bus companies have louder engines. This is okay. The driver drives very carefully & safely. No weaving, No fighting for the road, No reckless overtaking, less bumpy. No nervousness & fear like when using Phuong Trang bus. We are very happy to give the car 5***** 👍👍👍👍

This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. I will continue to support the garage. Hope next time will be better. Sincere thanks to the garage.

We bought plane tickets and booked a hotel separately. Transfer was not included. Based on reviews, the vexere service was recommended. We reserved seats with payment to the driver. The driver met you at the indicated location (Ho Chi Minh City airport) and took you directly to the hotel (Bamboo village). Along the way there was a stop for a snack and a restroom. It was comfortable in the car, we had a good rest after the flight. I recommend!!!

The car is clean and runs on time. The day I went there were only 3 guests so it was very comfortable. The car runs super fast. From Mui Ne to SG, it takes exactly 3 hours (including 20 minutes at the stop), so awesome 🤣. At first, when I booked the ticket, I was a bit confused because I saw little feedback and didn't get a call from the bus company to confirm. Suggestion to the bus company is to call to confirm with the customer after the customer books a ticket and pays successfully.
