It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I really enjoyed the luxury of my Limo van on my trip from Ho Chi Minh City to Dalat. The service is excellent and courteous. The Limo is built for comfort and convenience. Bottled water, WiFi and smart box on the arm rest for charging the phone. And massage options for the seat! My driver was excellent and courteous . We made a comfort break at a beautiful place. It took half the time to reach my destination as the bus and was a superior way to travel. I will use the Limo for future trips.

mình vote 5 sao cho nhân viên ,nhất là bạn tên Sim ở văn phòng Nha Trang nhiệt tình,chu đáo,tư vấn tận tình hợp lý,kiên nhẫn nghe yêu cầu thay đổi của khách hàng và giải quyết nhiệt tình thấu đáo.Mười điểm cho thái độ & sự chuyên nghiệp của bạn Sim. Mình ấn tượng với bạn Sim và có hỏi thăm tài xế về bạn ấy và biết bạn ấy là người Đà Lạt ,niềm nở nhẹ nhàng ánh mắt rất tập trung lắng nghe. Thật tuyệt vời Các nhân viên còn lại cũng rất tốt nói chuyện nhẹ nhàng và rất ok,Về thái độ nhân viên &tài xế thì mình chắc chắn ăn đứt các hãng xe dịch vụ hiện nay. Chất lượng dịch vụ trong xe cũng có nhỉnh hơn các hãng khác về thái độ bác tài & xe tương đối ok so với hãng khác Nếu cần tốt hơn thì hãng nên lót tấm nệm mỏng (mình đã từng trải nghiệm) để khi bẩn thì giặt ,chứ nằm trực tiếp trên ghế da thì rất mau hôi và ko vệ sinh được, mình nằm cứ cảm giác nằm chung mồ hôi với người lạ nên mình cứ phải mang cái mền mỏng để lót nằm. Chúc hãng xe luôn suôn sẻ ,thượng lộ bình an Hẹn gặp lại chuyến 5 giờ sáng mai

quý công ty nên: 1) kiểm tra và dán tem hành lý cho khách theo màu của từng chuyến tránh mất mát và nhầm chuyến khi tập kết hàng lên xe. vì mình có 2 chuyến sài gòn và cần thơ đợi chung 1 khung giờ, 1 địa điểm. vì là khách thân thiết của quý công ty nên rất hài lòng và tin tưởng. tuy nhiên rất mong muốn đội ngũ nhân viên anh chị em nhà xe cùng nhau cải thiện ngày một phát triển. 2) đồng nhất về cách giao tiếp và CSKH nhẹ nhàng, chu đáo nữa thì chắc chắn quy công ty là nhà xe được yêu thích và lựa chọn số 1 quy nhơn. rất cảm ơn quý anh chị em cty cũng như chị Thảo đã lắng nghe và tiếp nhận.
