It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. Thanks to careful research, I was able to choose a quality bus company, although the price is the same as other companies, the car is beautiful and the seats are big.

Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. Overall, I feel secure when using this bus company's service, and will support and recommend this bus company's service to my relatives.

Everyone should definitely book a trip with Minh Nghia bus company from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Lat. My family includes grandparents over 70 years old and people who easily get motion sickness, but everyone was satisfied with the trip, from the quality of the bus, the schedule, the driver, and the bus company staff – everything was great. Thank you Thread City for recommending this bus company to me from a sea of options. Just because of one comment, I decided to book with Minh Nghia. I really recommend everyone to try it. The 5-6 hour journey was very comfortable for the whole family; no one felt tired at all.

First time taking the Binh Thuan-Ben Cat route and choosing the TT bus due to the suitable running time. Seeing a 1* review leaving customers at the wharf roundabout, not picking up customers... I was a bit hesitant but had no choice. The car has no navigation but runs on time, only a few minutes off. Drivers and car assistants are friendly and drop passengers off at the door. The car is clean and modern, but the air conditioner is missing, so the air is cold. 10 points for the quality. Will go again if given the chance.

Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

I am really satisfied with the service quality of this bus company. From the waiting room, I was warmly welcomed, served free instant noodles and coffee, comfortable seats, clean space. Next, when getting on the bus, I felt "WOW, what a beautiful bus, what a beautiful interior". For me, this is the most comfortable seat I have ever felt on a long-distance bus. Lying down with my legs straight, my back straight, I slept very well. The driver was polite, enthusiastic, and professional. In addition, there were a variety of movies and music programs on the bus. It was worth the money for a trip. But there are also some mistakes that the bus company needs to fix: I only received a phone call from the bus company close to the departure time, but the bus company should have called me when I booked the ticket and at least 1 hour before the bus departed; the screen should have a wifi connection so that customers have more content options besides the pre-written content. Everything was okay, the bus conductor on my trip was very enthusiastic. I have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. Expand the number of pick-up and drop-off points. 2. Check that all passengers are on board before departure. 3. When passengers get off at stops, the conductor could speak loudly (during the day) and gently remind passengers at night (as passengers might be asleep and it would be better to avoid disturbing others). My experience was great! But I only traveled during the day! I hope the bus company continues to improve!

I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.
