Good service, pick up on time, safe car, very chill music throughout the journey...

Service quality is generally good, seats are comfortable, car is clean. The most notable advantage is the courteous attitude of the garage staff from the phone operator to the driver. The driver is quite thoughtful, picks up on time, and drops passengers off at the door. However, drivers still have the habit of texting on their phones and talking on the phone for long periods of time while driving.

Best bus ride I have had in Vietnam. The driver was early to pickup and made sure to come ask us our identity before we boarded. Very comfy seats, and timely travel.
